4. occurs from new or anonymous users. An email is sent only for an edit by
5. a registered or anonymous user if the registered user is less than 4 hours
6. old, or if an email has not been sent since the last 4 hours. If you'd like
7. to add or remove yourself from this list leave a message on the Talk page.
8. Make sure you have a valid email address set in your Preferences.
